In 1996, RIOS POL Construcciones was born as a company by the RIOS POL brothers, who have more than 50 years of experience in the sector, carrying out high-quality and detailed construction work. It was also decisive for the birth of the company that the RIOS POL brothers represent the second generation of builders in the family and wanted to transfer all this experience to their clients, providing them with high-quality works both in terms of finishes and materials, and high efficiency and durability. . Currently the 3rd generation is already working.

Three partners and a great project

Years and years of work and effort led Antonio Rios Pol and Andrés Ríos Pol to become the founding partners of Rios Pol Construcciones. Later on, Jaime Martí Ríos would also join as a partner.

First steps of Ríos Pol Construcciones

The company began its journey with reforms of all kinds and a multi-family home in Andratx. It was in this performance where very advanced technological systems were implemented at that time. Thus, this philosophy would lead the company to establish its reputation as an innovator and developer of its own R&D.

The first headquarters of Ríos Pol was located in Palma de Mallorca, later it was moved to the heart of the island of Mallorca, Binissalem, to provide a solution to all the clients of the island, due to its central position and its excellent communication by road, motorway, aerodrome and train tracks allows a better service and faster communication with any of the RIOS POL clients on the island, allowing them to move immediately from one end of the islands to the other, from Pollença to Puerto de Andratx, thus being able to guarantee our well-known rapid intervention system to provide a solution to any work desired by the client or pathology.

At present, and due to the large volume of work that it has, thanks to the satisfaction of its clients, RIOS POL moved at the beginning of 2022 to an Industrial Warehouse in the Binissalem industrial estate. These new and larger facilities make it possible to serve its customers more comfortably and increase logistics to continue correctly serving the entire volume of work. This ship offers excellent and strategic communication and closeness to all its clients from any point on the island, it is located in a privileged environment and also serves as a greater support for the logistics centers that RIOS POL have distributed throughout the Balearic archipelago (Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera) without a doubt a safe bet for a company that is a benchmark throughout the Balearic territory.
